The Extension Set is used where the circumference of the patient, table pad, armboards (and positioning wedge) exceeds 76 inches. It is a favorite method to hold for special positioning needs and for uses such as lifting the abdominal fold away from the groin stick area.
The strap set consists of 3 extensions, two three-foot pieces and one five-foot piece. As with all our straps a 10’ overlap of Velcro at the closure secures nearly 500 pounds!
